Description

  • Lead outbound sales efforts across the UK/I region and identify target clients.
  • Build and manage the full sales pipeline from prospecting through closing.
  • Leverage an existing network of clients and partners to generate new business opportunities.
  • Assess customer needs and present tailored EOR and payroll solutions.
  • Identify new markets and expansion opportunities to support regional growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to improve the customer experience.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements that align customer needs with business goals.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reporting on pipeline activity and performance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to support long-term partnerships and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in outbound sales within HR tech.
  • Experience in the EOR or payroll sectors is strongly preferred.
  • A strong existing network of clients and partners within the HR tech industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the EOR and payroll landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and close deals.
