Description

  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including meetings, presentations, software demonstrations, solution selling, and contract negotiations.
  • Learn the solution quickly and communicate strategically with prospects to identify needs and propose fit.
  • Represent Clariti in prospective client meetings, conferences, and marketing events.
  • Support proposal development by understanding client needs, shaping strategy, defining win themes, and considering budget and competitive positioning.
  • Build new business opportunities through strong oral and written communication.
  • Develop strategies to increase sales and marketability within the public sector.
  • Adhere to predetermined metrics and overachieve sales goals.
  • Work with the POD team and partner ecosystem to advance opportunities through procurement and close deals.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience marketing and selling SaaS, regulatory, enterprise, or case management software.
  • 5+ years of experience selling software and service-based business solutions.
  • 3+ years of experience selling into a regulated industry such as Public Sector, Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, Utilities and Energy, Pharmaceuticals & Life Sciences, or Aerospace and Defense.
  • Experience managing complex sales opportunities using a proven sales methodology.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining executive-level relationships.
  • Knowledge of complex procurement processes and success navigating them.
  • Strong people skills and a passion for selling.
  • Proven ability to overachieve sales goals.
  • Technical aptitude and experience with web technologies.
  • Ability to travel throughout the U.S. and Canada regularly, including at least once per month to client sites and events.
  • Central U.S. location or access to a major airport hub is a bonus.
