Description

  • Partner with executive leadership and business stakeholders to shape and evolve the global Total Rewards strategy.
  • Design and communicate Total Rewards frameworks and philosophies that support consistency and competitiveness across markets.
  • Advise on compensation philosophy, pay equity, job architecture, and geo-tiering decisions.
  • Integrate Total Rewards strategy into talent programs and other people initiatives.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on rewards in cross-functional discussions with product, finance, legal, and leadership teams.
  • Lead education and enablement efforts to strengthen understanding of Total Rewards principles and programs.
  • Identify emerging risks and regulatory changes, and develop proactive solutions to keep rewards practices ahead of market shifts.
  • Use AI and emerging technologies to improve Total Rewards analysis, modeling, and decision-making.
  • Represent the Total Rewards function in executive and leadership forums as needed.
  • Mentor junior team members and broader People team members to build rewards expertise across the organization.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in total rewards roles with a strong focus on strategy, business partnering, and thought leadership in a global environment.
  • Proven ability to influence and advise senior leaders and cross-functional teams on complex rewards issues.
  • Deep knowledge of total rewards philosophies and practices, including job architecture, pay equity, and geo-tiering principles.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex Total Rewards concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Experience working in fast-growing, global, and remote-friendly organizations preferred.
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence.
  • Experience leveraging AI and emerging technologies in compensation or rewards work, or willingness to do so as part of the role.
  • Ability to work asynchronously in a fully remote environment.
