Description

  • Lead client onboarding, offboarding, and complex regional HR queries.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for clients on M&A/TUPE, payroll-as-a-service, and HR advisory matters.
  • Serve as an escalation point for Account Managers, clients, and Local Representatives.
  • Keep teams informed on regional HR trends, labor law changes, and regulatory updates.
  • Provide on-the-ground support for employee and client queries and local benefits administration.
  • Act as backup for the Payroll Manager to support payroll processing and resolve issues.
  • Work with Compliance, Payroll, and Country Leads to shape regional strategy and improve processes.
  • Manage, coach, and develop Local Representatives and payroll team members.
  • Track, evaluate, and support team performance and development needs.
  • Handle ad hoc regional projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Work experience as an HR Manager with payroll exposure and willingness to support payroll processing when needed.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor legislation in Ukraine and one or more of Serbia, Romania, Estonia, Latvia, or Lithuania.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Natural curiosity and a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to navigate client, employee, and internal stakeholder needs with creative problem solving.
  • Ability to learn and use new technology efficiently and effectively.
  • Experience managing and developing a team.
