Description

  • Manage end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions with minimal supervision.
  • Provide guidance on terminations, resignations, transfers, redundancy processes, employment contracts, and related HR matters.
  • Lead client and employee meetings for consultations, hearings, negotiations, and delivery of termination outcomes.
  • Influence and negotiate positive outcomes in complex termination and separation cases.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders such as Legal, Payroll, government bodies, and trade unions to ensure compliance.
  • Draft, tailor, and administer termination and supplementary documents accurately and confidentially.
  • Process offboarding in the internal HRIS and ensure all exit steps are completed correctly and promptly.
  • Serve as the first point of informal escalation and mentor junior team members on employee relations and offboarding matters.
  • Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns and guide clients on employee relations resources and progressive discipline.
  • Identify and drive process improvements, automation opportunities, and customer and employee experience enhancements.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR exposure across the employee lifecycle.
  • Experience independently managing voluntary and involuntary exits with legal compliance and sensitivity.
  • Experience providing HR advice across employment laws and regulations in EMEA, APAC, and AMER.
  • Strong understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with Legal, Payroll, and Time and Attendance teams.
  • Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments and analyze complex HR issues in ambiguous environments.
  • Strong communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
  • Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency with Notion, Slack, GSuite, and Zendesk, and ability to collaborate asynchronously.
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, labour relations, or paralegal studies are considered a plus.
