Description

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational objectives.
  • Provide guidance on talent management, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Analyze workforce metrics and trends to inform decision-making and recommend solutions.
  • Collaborate with HR centers of expertise to implement programs and initiatives.
  • Lead complex employee relations investigations and resolution strategies.
  • Coach and develop managers by providing actionable feedback to strengthen leadership skills.
  • Support recruitment activities, including interviewing, candidate assessment, and selection advice.
  • Partner on business unit restructures, organizational design, change management, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Interpret and apply HR policies while ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Partner with compensation and benefits teams on rewards programs and sales compensation planning and design.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
  • 7–10+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to influence leaders at all levels.
  • Proven experience in employee relations, recruitment, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Deep knowledge of laws and regulations impacting compensation, benefits, and equity.
  • Experience with HRIS, payroll, and equity administration systems preferred.

Benefits

  • Pay range of $118,000–$128,000 USD.
