Description

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to Finance/Accounting and Technology/Operations leaders on people and organizational matters.
  • Align people plans, programs, and tools with business goals and advise on the development of holistic people plans.
  • Partner with leaders to assess business needs and contribute to organizational, talent structure, and job design decisions.
  • Identify current and future talent needs and help design talent management, talent movement, and capability-building plans.
  • Develop and support diversity and inclusion plans and related programmatic efforts for assigned businesses.
  • Lead change management efforts for new structures, programs, and processes, including communication planning.
  • Interpret metrics and coach managers and leaders to improve leadership performance, team capability, and organizational change adoption.
  • Work with Employee Relations and senior leaders to provide policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders, managers, and employees to improve work relationships and culture within assigned business units.
  • Partner with centers of expertise such as Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Compensation, and HRIS to implement people programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience required.
  • Typically a minimum of 12 years of related experience.
  • Strong exposure to the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Banking or financial services industry experience required.
  • FinTech experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to understand business processes and how software applications interact.
  • Strong business acumen, organizational, influencing, and communication skills.
