Description

  • Own a portfolio of strategic embedded HR technology partnerships and a $10M+ annual bookings target.
  • Drive pipeline generation, conversion, bookings, ARR, average selling price, retention, and expansion.
  • Build and execute partner account plans, sales motions, and repeatable go-to-market playbooks.
  • Enable partner sellers to independently generate, qualify, sell, and close Remote opportunities.
  • Manage senior and C-level partner relationships, business reviews, commercial escalations, and partnership health.
  • Identify and resolve revenue blockers involving pricing, product, process, enablement, operations, or channel conflicts.
  • Identify expansion opportunities across products, markets, customer segments, regions, and sales motions.
  • Manage, coach, and develop partner account managers and embedded sales leads.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, RevOps, Operations, and other Remote teams.

Requirements

  • Experience owning revenue motions and commercial outcomes, including quota responsibility.
  • Experience building, hiring, and managing high-performing teams.
  • Experience building and operating new businesses, products, or sales motions.
  • Experience in top-tier consulting, finance, big tech, and B2B technology startups or scaleups.
  • Strong business judgment, operating rigor, communication, executive presence, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance.
  • Ability to develop sustainable commercial proposals and manage complex partner negotiations.
  • Willingness to travel 20–40% within North America and Europe.
  • Location in North America or Western Europe, preferably aligned with US Eastern or UK time zones.
  • Experience in HR tech, fintech, or embedded partnerships is preferred.
