Description

  • Drive new business by finding leads and closing sales with new prospects and, at times, existing accounts.
  • Generate outbound activity in addition to working leads from SDR, partnership, and marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with SDR and marketing teams to refine the target account profile and sales approach.
  • Present product demos and use a consultative sales approach to communicate the value of RemoFirst.
  • Close accounts at high velocity while managing complex deal cycles.
  • Track and report pipeline progress and sales activity in the company CRM.
  • Provide feedback to improve the sales process and sales technology stack.
  • Work independently while staying aligned with a distributed, cross-functional team.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a high-volume sales role.
  • Experience selling HR software or FinTech software is a strong plus.
  • Previous EOR experience is an even bigger plus.
  • Consultative selling experience.
  • Proven track record of consistent quota attainment and overachieving KPIs.
  • Experience working in a fully remote environment.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently with initiative while collaborating across teams.
