Description

  • Drive new business by finding leads and closing sales deals with new and existing prospects.
  • Generate outbound activity in addition to working SDR-, partnership-, and marketing-generated leads.
  • Target the right companies and refine account selection in collaboration with SDR and marketing teams.
  • Present product demos and take a consultative approach to positioning RemoFirst’s value to prospects.
  • Close accounts quickly and at high velocity.
  • Track pipeline progress and report results using the company’s CRM.
  • Provide feedback to improve the sales process, including the sales tech stack.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams in a fully remote environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a high-volume sales role.
  • Experience selling HR software or FinTech software is a strong plus.
  • Previous EOR experience is an even bigger plus.
  • Consultative selling experience.
  • Proven track record of consistent quota attainment, managing complex deals, and exceeding KPIs.
  • Experience working in a fully remote environment.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong time management, strategic thinking, and self-directed work habits.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • High motivation and a strong drive to win and exceed quota.
