Description

  • Identify, target, and acquire new restaurant partners across the assigned NOLA and Nashville territories.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to restaurant operators by educating them on industry trends and business challenges.
  • Develop and execute territory business plans to exceed monthly and quarterly acquisition and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with restaurant partners as a trusted OpenTable advocate.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract execution.
  • Use Salesforce to maintain accurate forecasts and organized sales workflows.
  • Overcome objections and competitive pressure with tailored solutions for hospitality venues.
  • Collaborate with restaurant owners and operators to help them improve revenue and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional sales experience, preferably in a high-growth or technology-driven environment.
  • Ability to be based in the NOLA or Nashville market and travel regularly between both locations.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals and revenue targets.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills with the ability to assess business opportunities and communicate value propositions.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage a high-volume book of business independently under pressure.
  • Direct experience working within or selling to the hospitality and restaurant industry (preferred).
  • Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms for pipeline management and forecasting (preferred).
  • Experience with consultative selling techniques and the ability to challenge conventional business methods (preferred).
  • Deep knowledge of local economic and industry drivers in the NOLA and Nashville hospitality markets (preferred).
  • Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to influence senior decision-makers and restaurant owners (preferred).

  • On-target earnings of $140,000-$150,000 USD annually, including base salary plus uncapped monthly sales incentives.
  • Base salary range of $55,000-$65,000 USD plus uncapped commission.
