Description

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Conduct a high volume of outbound phone calls to potential customers using provided leads.
  • Engage prospects over the phone and follow a proven step-by-step sales process.
  • Use scripts to communicate with prospects and effectively close sales.
  • Track and optimize performance against KPIs such as phone time, outbound dials, and sales results.
  • Participate in a paid, instructor-led virtual training program.
  • Work with sales leadership and receive ongoing support to drive success.

Requirements

  • 40-hour standard weekly schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST on weekdays.
  • No night shifts or weekend shifts.
  • A dedicated, distraction-free workspace.
  • High-speed internet connection.
  • Must reside in FL, GA, SC, NC, NJ, PA, DE, VA, KY, TN, IN, MI, MO, MN, AL, TX, OK, CO, NM, AZ, UT, or NV.
  • Experience as a top-performing sales professional in a competitive, high-volume environment (preferred by role context).
