Description

  • Lead the strategy and execution roadmap for HRIS software tools and applications.
  • Oversee the development and integration of HRIS platforms to ensure seamless data flow and end-to-end functionality.
  • Manage and mentor the team, fostering user-embedded, high-quality application development and individual growth.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with labor regulations.
  • Build tools and reporting capabilities that provide actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Identify and deliver software automation and system enhancement opportunities for People operations.
  • Partner with teams across design, materials, manufacturing, test, and launch to solve operational problems.
  • Support the development of scalable software foundations for future autonomous operations.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience with software and enterprise systems in the HR/HRIS space or a similarly complex software field.
  • Hands-on experience as both a technical leader and people manager.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle ambiguity.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Deep understanding of HR processes is preferred.
  • Experience developing or integrating enterprise applications is implied by the role.
  • Experience with data analytics, industrial automation, or AI-enabled workflows is a plus.
  • Ability to support compliance with labor regulations.
