Description

  • Execute and administer international compensation and benefits plans and programs.
  • Conduct analysis and interpretation of compensation and benefits data for the region.
  • Support international salary survey participation, including job matching and competitive benchmarking.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, and business leaders on compensation and benefits matters.
  • Support annual compensation planning processes, including merit, promotion, and bonus cycles.
  • Manage salary grade and structure maintenance and creation, incentive budgets, and salary increase budgets.
  • Lead market benchmarking analysis and evaluate job descriptions for compensation alignment.
  • Lead gender pay gap reporting and maintain HR systems to support compensation priorities and policy.
  • Support international benefits strategy, design benchmarking, and broker/vendor management.
  • Oversee renewal, administration, and inventory tracking of international benefit plans, including pensions and country-specific policy documents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 12 or more years of compensation and benefits experience in mature international organizations.
  • Experience working across multiple countries with an understanding of payroll and labor law differences.
  • Strong ability to communicate compensation and benefits programs to leadership and employees.
  • Experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, or a related industry preferred.
  • Experience with PayFactors and SAP/SuccessFactors HRMS preferred.
  • Experience matching jobs and designing or developing salary grade structures preferred.
  • Experience with short-term incentive plans and/or sales plans preferred.
