Description

  • Partner with the Director of Global Field Marketing on quarterly planning and execute integrated campaigns, regional programs, and field events.
  • Research venues, sponsorships, event formats, and promotional opportunities and recommend options aligned to business goals and budget.
  • Assist in developing program briefs, timelines, budgets, and project plans for field marketing initiatives.
  • Execute end-to-end field marketing programs including conferences, executive dinners, partner events, roadshows, webinars, and virtual experiences.
  • Build and maintain project plans, workback schedules, timelines, and stakeholder communications to deliver programs on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate event logistics including vendors, venues, speakers, registration, booth setup, shipping, collateral, AV, and on-site execution.
  • Support the Field Marketing Manager by coordinating deliverables, managing timelines, and ensuring seamless execution across initiatives.
  • Coordinate with Sales and BDRs on target accounts, invitations, attendee engagement, and pre- and post-event follow-up.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment, messaging consistency, and timely delivery of assets.
  • Maintain event, campaign, and attendee data in Salesforce, HubSpot, Monday.com, and event platforms, and track registrations, attendance, spend, and pipeline performance.
  • Prepare post-event reporting and identify opportunities to improve future programs.
  • Maintain event budgets, process invoices, and support accurate budget tracking and reporting.
  • Contribute ideas, templates, process improvements, and best practices to scale the field marketing function.
  • Travel approximately 30% of the time and support at least two field marketing events per quarter.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of B2B field or event marketing experience with a strong execution and project-management track record.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing with a focus on events, field, and program/project management.
  • Experience executing and project-managing events end-to-end.
  • Experience in a fast-growth environment or scaling marketing team.
  • Exceptional organization and project management skills.
  • Comfort with adaptability and constant change.
  • Strong coordination and communication with sales and cross-functional partners.
  • Confident speaking and presenting to cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of how field programs drive pipeline and how to track results.
  • Comfort with the event and marketing tech stack, including Salesforce, HubSpot, event platforms, AI tools, and Monday.com.
  • Willingness to travel roughly 30% and lead on-site execution.
  • Experience in cybersecurity, B2B SaaS, or technology, preferably selling to CISOs.
  • Experience running larger industry trade shows and executive-level programs.
  • Exposure to ABM and intent data tools such as 6sense.
  • Partner or channel co-marketing coordination experience.
  • Experience in high-growth SaaS where speed and resourcefulness are important.
  • Bachelor's degree.
