Description

  • Own the demand generation engine and daily lead volume that fuels the business.
  • Manage paid media performance across Google, Meta, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Lead SEO strategy and roadmap, including content priorities, keyword gap closure, and AI search readiness.
  • Oversee influencer marketing campaigns, including partner vetting, creative briefing, measurement, and deliverables.
  • Own landing page strategy, conversion rate optimization, lifecycle email, and funnel testing across traffic sources.
  • Lead conversion rate recovery work across the marketing-to-sales funnel.
  • Own HubSpot strategy and roadmap, including journeys, architecture, lead scoring, routing, attribution, and integrations.
  • Manage the customer referral program, including platform administration, incentive structure, and optimization.
  • Partner with Sales and the Marketing Analyst on funnel performance, experimentation, and pipeline health.
  • Develop and present weekly and monthly performance reporting for leadership and contribute to board-level updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 7+ years of growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation experience with direct ownership of paid media budgets and lead-generation pipelines.
  • Proven experience managing external agencies across paid media, SEO, or influencer marketing.
  • Experience building and executing HubSpot Marketing Hub strategy, workflows, lead scoring, campaigns, and integrations.
  • Experience designing and building lead-nurturing programs across the full lifecycle from top-of-funnel to customer-stage engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and BI tools such as Looker or Power BI.
  • Experience with conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, landing page strategy, and funnel analytics.
  • Advanced Excel skills and comfort building data-driven business cases.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting performance results and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Experience in regulated, compliance-sensitive, or healthcare-adjacent categories preferred.
  • Empathy for and understanding of the veteran community is a meaningful advantage.
  • US citizenship or authorization to work in the US as a full-time employee; no visa sponsorship provided.
