Description

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for technology companies.
  • Build and optimize B2B lead-generation campaigns.
  • Manage campaigns across paid, organic, email, and outbound channels.
  • Improve clients' visibility in AI-powered search through Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).
  • Develop messaging, offers, landing pages, and conversion experiments.
  • Track campaign performance and recommend improvements.
  • Run rapid experiments to identify scalable acquisition opportunities.
  • Communicate results, learnings, and next steps to clients.

Requirements

  • Proven growth marketing experience with technology companies.
  • Strong knowledge of tech go-to-market strategy and execution.
  • Demonstrated success generating qualified B2B leads.
  • Hands-on campaign creation and optimization experience.
  • Practical experience with AEO and AI-search visibility.
  • Strong analytical and experimentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with SEO, paid acquisition, marketing automation, outbound programs, and conversion-rate optimization is a plus.
