Description

  • Own customer-facing and prospect communications across newsletters, email sequences, referral and review asks, and social media.
  • Develop and manage communications strategy across the full customer journey from engagement to post-demo follow-up.
  • Write or oversee blogs, social posts, and email copy using AI while maintaining brand voice, accuracy, and honesty.
  • Align messaging with the CRO, sales, and product teams as offerings and positioning change.
  • Build the infrastructure and systems to grow the CEO’s personal brand across podcasts, articles, interviews, and social channels.
  • Coordinate podcast bookings and manage a roster of target shows to maintain a consistent appearance cadence.
  • Edit, curate, and distribute content from CEO appearances into short-form and long-form assets across platforms.
  • Manage publishing schedules and track growth metrics across all channels.
  • Develop AI-assisted workflows for podcast research, calendar management, content organization, and copywriting.
  • Document processes and systems so content and communications can scale with future hires.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in growth marketing, communications, demand generation, or a related field within a B2B SaaS company (non-negotiable).
  • At least 3 years of experience developing and executing GTM strategies in an early-stage or high-growth startup.
  • Proven experience building a repeatable pipeline that generates qualified opportunities.
  • Experience owning the full marketing funnel from ICP identification to qualified demo bookings in partnership with Sales.
  • Experience developing ABM, hyper-targeted, or niche marketing strategies focused on specific companies and decision-makers.
  • Hands-on experience writing or overseeing blogs, emails, social content, and newsletters.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to increase productivity without sacrificing quality or accuracy.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and building systems from scratch.
  • Ability to ship fast, iterate, and distinguish between “good enough” and “perfect.”
  • Startup experience required, with international client experience preferred, especially with the US, UK, Australia, and/or New Zealand.
  • Experience building a founder or personal brand is advantageous but not required.
  • Marketing or communications experience in compliance, fintech, or regulated industries is advantageous but not required.
