Description

  • Research, develop, and qualify opportunities within targeted enterprise Life Sciences and MedTech accounts.
  • Identify key executives at target companies and conduct research to support informed outreach.
  • Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline for enterprise Life Sciences and MedTech prospects.
  • Develop strong relationships with executive stakeholders to support business partnerships and mutual growth.
  • Schedule and deliver effective sales presentations to prospective customers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through close.
  • Understand customer needs and the competitive landscape to position Redox effectively.
  • Track, manage, and report on sales activities and results using CRM tools.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience in Life Sciences and MedTech, with a proven record of selling to enterprise organizations.
  • Consistent history of meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual quota targets.
  • Experience engaging and negotiating at the executive level with strong executive presence.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a consultative selling mindset.
  • Strong CRM experience, specifically with Salesforce or another CRM platform.
  • Ability to learn a technical product and use a value-based selling approach.
  • Experience with cloud hosting providers such as Google, Amazon, Azure, or Databricks is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Slack is preferred.
  • Must be based in the U.S. and able to reside and work in the continental U.S.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, adaptable, and solution-oriented environment.

  • Base salary range of $158,000 to $170,000 per year plus commission/variable compensation.
