Description

  • Drive top-line revenue growth across the ASEAN territory through new logo acquisition and upsell motions.
  • Lead, coach, develop, and enable a customer-facing organization of Regional Vice Presidents and Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Partner with the Regional SVP to define and execute the ASEAN go-to-market strategy, including Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and wider ASEAN markets.
  • Design territory, vertical growth, and partner strategies, and align sales and marketing efforts across the region.
  • Build collaboration across Sales Engineers, Partner Managers, Customer Success Managers, and Business Development Representatives.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract, recruit, and develop high-performing enterprise GTM sales talent across ASEAN.
  • Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with key targets, strategic accounts, and executive stakeholders.
  • Forecast revenue accurately and maintain transparency in pipeline management, pricing negotiations, and territory allocation.
  • Represent Dataiku as a senior GTM leader and build brand presence across the ASEAN ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise GTM software sales experience with a proven track record of driving revenue growth across ASEAN markets.
  • 8 to 10 years of people management experience, including managing Regional Vice Presidents and multi-country enterprise GTM sales organizations.
  • Deep understanding of the ASEAN commercial landscape, including cultural nuances, buying behaviors, and key market dynamics.
  • Background in selling data, AI, analytics, or related innovation and technology concepts to large enterprises.
  • Strong ability to align vision with prospects and customers, build champions, and navigate complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale GTM organizations across multiple ASEAN markets simultaneously.
  • Good articulation of competitive positioning within the data and AI space.
  • Domain expertise in big data, analytics, data science, BI/DW, or data integration is preferred.
  • Advanced interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to operate effectively at C-suite level across diverse cultures and geographies.
  • Adaptable, growth-oriented leader comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
