Description

  • Drive multiple concurrent integration projects from kickoff through go-live, meeting customer timelines and technical requirements.
  • Evaluate customer workflows and technical infrastructure to identify integration gaps and recommend scalable solutions.
  • Design, build, deploy, configure, test, modify, and support customer integrations using the Redox platform and dashboard.
  • Partner with Account Management and Sales to support the long-term success and technical health of key customer accounts.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, reusable implementation assets, and internal best practices.
  • Communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders on milestones, risks, progress, and outcomes.
  • Provide implementation guidance and go-live support to customers and healthcare organizations.
  • Continue building expertise in healthcare integration standards and technologies to serve as a subject matter expert.
  • Travel to customer sites as needed, approximately 5-10%.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a technical, client-facing role, preferably in Healthcare IT, EHR implementation, or a related SaaS industry.
  • Proven success managing multiple concurrent software implementation or integration projects from start to finish.
  • Experience working directly with customers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with healthcare integration standards and data formats such as HL7v2, FHIR, X12, and C-CDA.
  • Familiarity with modern APIs.
  • Deep understanding of clinical workflows and direct experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting complex technical challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to advise customers and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Self-driven work style with the ability to operate autonomously and take initiative.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Direct experience with healthcare interface engines such as Mirth Connect, Rhapsody, Corepoint, or Cloverleaf is preferred.
  • Ability to manage 10+ complex projects concurrently is preferred.
  • Experience using data to improve team processes, documentation, and customer outcomes is preferred.
  • Mentoring or subject matter expert experience on project teams is preferred.
  • Basic coding exposure, ideally with JavaScript, is preferred.
  • Experience in a high-growth, scaling technology company is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Zendesk, and Salesforce is preferred.
  • Must be based in the US and eligible to work in the U.S., with residence and work in the continental U.S.
