Description

  • Deliver product demonstrations of the Emburse solution suite to prospective finance, AP, and travel executives.
  • Partner with regional Account Executives to understand prospect pain points and align product capabilities with business goals.
  • Own technical validation tasks, including responding to RFPs and completing security questionnaires.
  • Set up trial environments for prospects and support evaluation activities.
  • Stay current on product updates, industry verticals, and competitive landscape to advise internal teams and prospects.
  • Assist at trade shows, user conferences, and internal sales meetings to support the Emburse brand.
  • Manage multiple small-to-mid-sized deal cycles simultaneously.
  • Translate technical details into business value during customer-facing conversations.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience within a B2B SaaS company.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role such as implementation, customer success, technical support, or inside sales.
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude with comfort discussing software architecture, integrations, and data security.
  • Ability to manage multiple small-to-mid-sized deal cycles simultaneously.
  • Interest in or exposure to corporate finance, expense management, or accounts payable workflows.
  • Comfort working from a home office.
  • Willingness to travel regionally up to 25%, typically in short 2–3 day trips.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
