Description

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of outbound SDRs.
  • Establish clear outbound processes, performance expectations, and accountability standards.
  • Monitor daily activity metrics such as calls, meetings scheduled, qualification rates, and show rates.
  • Run regular coaching sessions to improve messaging, objection handling, and conversion performance.
  • Develop and refine outbound calling strategies, scripts, and outreach processes to reach senior care decision makers.
  • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified meetings for the sales team.
  • Oversee BANT qualification standards to ensure meetings are properly vetted before handoff to sales.
  • Partner with Account Executives to confirm meeting quality and qualification alignment.
  • Work with marketing to improve targeting, positioning, and outbound messaging.
  • Analyze performance data, identify gaps, and implement process or coaching improvements to drive results.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience managing SDR or business development teams.
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Experience working with a U.S. client.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot and other major CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Strong background in outbound sales and pipeline generation.
  • Experience building or scaling SDR teams.
  • Deep understanding of sales qualification frameworks such as BANT.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and improve team outcomes.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments.
  • High English proficiency.
  • Prior experience in a related industry, especially the U.S. healthcare sector, is highly preferred.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS is preferred.
  • Familiarity with healthcare or senior care technology is preferred.
  • Experience in high-volume outbound sales environments is preferred.
  • Permanent full-time contractor role.
  • Available to work Monday to Friday, 9pm to 6am Manila time (9am to 6pm EST), with a 1-hour break.
  • Work from home.
