Description

  • Manage a portfolio of large subscription clients and drive monthly renewal and upsell revenue goals.
  • Target, pursue, and close new high-value prospects across Realtor.com’s product suite.
  • Serve as the primary solutions expert for complex strategic accounts.
  • Partner with the Director of Sales to refine client profiles, scripting, and sales tactics.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Strategic Accounts and cross-functional stakeholders to execute growth strategies.
  • Work with Product, Go-To-Market, and Sales Operations to improve processes and product offerings.
  • Align departmental goals with leadership to improve organizational efficiency.
  • Travel extensively for client meetings and industry events, including face-to-face meetings and trade shows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in high-performance sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting rigorous KPIs and sales targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to influence decisions and collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to thrive under deadline pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to troubleshoot complex client needs.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in the real estate industry and understanding of top-tier agents’ marketing strategies.
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time within the East Coast territory.
