Description

  • Identify and contact potential real estate agents in the French market by phone.
  • Ensure prospects attend scheduled meetings and follow up to reschedule when needed.
  • Use personalized prospecting approaches based on the type of client.
  • Become an expert in RealAdvisor’s product, market positioning, and solutions.
  • Present compelling examples and cases to support outreach and sales conversations.
  • Maintain a high outbound calling volume of 100 to 200 calls per day.
  • Contribute to the company’s client acquisition efforts and rapid customer base growth.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Motivation, ambition, and discipline to grow with the team.
  • Strong proactive and commercial mindset.
  • Willingness to help beyond core responsibilities to support team cohesion.
  • Stable and reliable internet connection.
  • Experience in real estate is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or automation tools is a strong plus.
  • Integrity and a challenge-oriented attitude.
  • Interest in developing into an Account Executive role.
