Description

  • Coach and develop the Account Executive team to improve performance and retention.
  • Build and maintain sales pipelines, lead workflows, and the sales playbook.
  • Close deals and support reps on key accounts and calls.
  • Review call recordings and provide coaching based on observed performance.
  • Own monthly and quarterly goals for both the individual role and the team.
  • Track daily and weekly activity to ensure reps hit targets.
  • Analyze conversion rates, deal size, velocity, CAC, and LTV to inform strategy and forecasting.
  • Lead cross-functional strategy with marketing, finance, and product.
  • Hire, recruit, and train sales team members.
  • Drive expansion into new territories and new markets.
  • Maximize the use of HubSpot and report directly to the CEO.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of total sales experience.
  • 3+ years of sales leadership experience.
  • Experience in a scale-up environment where you helped drive growth.
  • Strong GTM knowledge based on direct experience.
  • Comfort working with CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and other sales metrics.
  • CRM mastery, with HubSpot considered a plus.
  • Ability to run full-cycle selling independently.
  • Demonstrated coaching ability to build and retain A-players.
  • Strong communication skills for both boardroom discussions and cold calls.
