Description

Work with co-founders on engineering priorities, execution, and technical direction.
Coordinate engineering and product teams across parallel projects.
Lead greenfield products powered by LLMs and modern AI technologies.
Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership.
Plan and run engineering sprints for predictable, high-quality delivery.
Spend approximately 75% of the role coding, reviewing changes, debugging, and improving platform stability and performance.
Recruit and build the engineering team, owning the hiring process end to end.
Support engineers’ growth through feedback, mentorship, and stretch opportunities.
Contribute to company-wide engineering and process initiatives.

Requirements

Experienced Tech Lead prepared to grow into an Engineering Manager role.
Strong technical foundation with willingness to remain hands-on in the codebase.
Experience providing technical guidance, debugging complex issues, and maintaining high standards for quality and efficiency.
Interest or experience in greenfield development, LLMs, and modern AI technologies.
Experience with software engineering, team coordination, and delivery planning.
Experience with Ruby on Rails, React, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, or Redis is relevant, but prior experience with the full stack is not required.
Ability to work effectively with engineering, product, and company leadership.
Candidates may be based in EMEA, LATAM, or North America.
