Description

Lead the technical direction and development strategy for patient-facing mobile applications.
Prototype and ship features across mobile and web products with product and design teams.
Shape product solutions that improve patient engagement, onboarding, retention, and care outcomes.
Collaborate with patients, product, design, and clinical teams to translate needs into features.
Establish architecture patterns, technical standards, and development practices.
Mentor junior engineers and raise engineering quality across the team.
Use AI tools to accelerate development and test new product ideas.

Requirements

Deep experience building and shipping consumer- or patient-facing mobile and/or web products.
Experience serving as a technical lead, setting architecture direction, and mentoring engineers.
Strong full-stack development experience in a fast-moving startup environment.
Experience with Expo, React Native, React, TypeScript, Kotlin, and SQL.
Strong product and user-experience judgment, with close collaboration across product and design.
Interest in using LLM coding agents to increase engineering impact.
Experience with React Native or other cross-platform mobile frameworks preferred.
Experience in healthcare, wellness, or other high-trust consumer domains preferred.
Experience building engagement, retention, or onboarding flows preferred.
Prior AI/ML or agent-based systems experience preferred.

$220,000–$260,000 base salary range plus equity participation.
