Description

  • Drive the people strategy that links talent, capability, and organisational design to business growth and commercial goals.
  • Guide the Senior People Partner and Senior People Operations Partner on OKRs and initiatives tied to business outcomes.
  • Prepare the organisation for ownership transition, including exit readiness and due diligence.
  • Embed and communicate a clear Employer Value Proposition internally and externally.
  • Partner with senior leaders to build a high-performance, feedback-rich culture in a fully remote environment.
  • Protect and evolve the company culture as the organisation scales from 150 to 300+ people.
  • Coach leaders across the business to live company values and model high-performance behaviours.
  • Assess current AI-related capabilities and create development roadmaps to upskill the workforce for future needs.
  • Drive people analytics, reporting, and insight-led decision-making across the People & Talent function.
  • Lead and align the People & Talent team, including People Operations & Experience, People Partnering, and Talent Acquisition.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success building a purpose-led, high-performance culture in a remote-first environment.
  • Proven experience building or scaling a People function through high growth, ideally from 150 to 300+ employees.
  • Experience coaching and developing leaders across all levels of seniority.
  • Background in a PE-backed business with an understanding of balancing purpose and profit.
  • Experience leading or supporting an exit process, M&A transaction, or similar due diligence activity.
  • Ability to connect people strategies to revenue, margin, and risk, and translate business priorities into action.
  • Strong capability in data-driven decision-making using people metrics, analytics, and evidence.
  • Comfort designing scalable programmes and operating effectively in ambiguous and complex environments.
  • Clear, calm communication style that builds trust and supports change in ambiguous situations.
  • Collaborative, people-oriented leadership style with a strong coaching approach.
