Description

  • Own the end-to-end strategy, execution, and growth of UK & EMEA early-career pipelines.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of intern and new graduate programs, including onboarding, manager enablement, events, reviews, and conversion to full-time roles.
  • Design, launch, and scale program playbooks, onboarding kits, manager guides, and project templates to support high-volume hiring.
  • Implement feedback loops and program measurement using survey and analytics tools, and present recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Maintain engagement with converted candidates through structured events, campaigns, and ongoing touchpoints.
  • Design and launch Anduril UK’s first formal apprenticeship scheme.
  • Ensure apprenticeship program compliance with UK standards, levy funding, and external training providers.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with UK/EMEA universities, engineering departments, and student organizations.
  • Lead on-campus recruitment strategy and campus events each cycle.
  • Partner with hiring managers, People Business Partners, and business leaders on project scoping, resource planning, and employee relations issues.
  • Coordinate with US talent counterparts to align standards, share best practices, and maintain a unified employer brand.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in early-careers recruitment, university relations, or talent program management.
  • Experience in tech or defense sectors is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of UK apprenticeship frameworks, standards, and levy management.
  • Experience using ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, survey tools such as CultureAmp, and analytics to measure program effectiveness.
  • Ability to build relationships with senior executives, university professors, intern candidates, graduate candidates, and apprentices.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with both strategic and hands-on responsibilities.
  • Experience in multinational organizations with US-headquartered teams is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
