Description

  • Source and engage qualified prospects through targeted outreach, events, webinars, podcasts, and warm follow-ups.
  • Build prospect lists before events and attend 4–6 trade shows annually with a clear follow-up plan.
  • Own post-event and post-webinar follow-up within 48 hours.
  • Qualify prospects, confirm routing, and help schedule Blueprint Sessions.
  • Co-facilitate Blueprint Sessions with the CEO, then independently lead them within the first year.
  • Assign audit teams within 24 hours of Blueprint Sessions and manage prospect communication through the audit period.
  • Attend audit presentations, capture objections, and ensure clear next steps are set before meetings end.
  • Coordinate proposals with CEO input on scope and pricing, then own all post-proposal follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate HubSpot records, including deal details, stage tracking, loss reasons, and next actions.
  • Run weekly pipeline reviews with the CEO and manage the referral channel in coordination with Client Strategists.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of B2B business development experience in agency, media, or professional services.
  • Proven track record of owning a full sales cycle from source to close.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong understanding of how marketing leaders buy and make decisions.
  • Comfort working in a builder environment where the team and process are still taking shape.
  • High comfort with pipeline data, conversion rates, and activity tracking against targets.
  • HubSpot proficiency and a commitment to clean CRM hygiene.
  • Ability to manage 5–10 active deals simultaneously without misses.
  • Strong written and verbal communication for senior marketing decision-makers.
  • Ability to work remotely from a clean, quiet workspace suitable for video calls.
  • Willingness to stay current on digital marketing trends and client methodology.
  • Strong time management across outreach, events, active deals, and referrals.

  • $70,000–$80,000 base salary with per-client bonuses and an uncapped annual accelerator.
  • OTE of $100,000 at quota, with strong performers earning around $115,000 and no ceiling for exceptional performance.
