Description

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target and penetrate high-potential dioceses in the Catholic space.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders, including extensive travel.
  • Use consultative selling and product knowledge to present tailored software solutions that address customer challenges.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Partner with territory Account Executives and internal stakeholders to support opportunities and close deals.
  • Accurately forecast sales opportunities and report pipeline status to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure smooth solution delivery and a strong customer experience.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies to position Pushpay effectively.
  • Drive revenue growth through both new customer acquisition and expansion within existing accounts.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience selling software or technology solutions to parishes and dioceses.
  • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing complex, high-value deals.
  • Familiarity with the software industry and SaaS solutions.
  • Knowledge or experience of the internal operations of the Catholic Church is ideal.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to craft customized solutions.
  • Experience with consultative sales methodology and influencing C-suite decision-makers.
  • Skilled in contract negotiations and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
