Description

  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to identify and close new business opportunities.
  • Build, maintain, and forecast a robust sales pipeline from lead generation through close.
  • Manage the full sales cycle and prioritize accounts within the assigned territory.
  • Cultivate relationships with C-level executives, IT leaders, security professionals, and channel partners.
  • Use local and national channel partners to drive new logo acquisition.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and communicate the platform’s value proposition to prospects and customers.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to support a seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging threats to identify market opportunities.
  • Provide accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity sales with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, including SaaS security, identity security, or endpoint security.
  • Background in identity security is required or strongly preferred.
  • Established network of contacts within the assigned enterprise geographic market.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
  • Experience using CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot.
  • Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory as needed.
  • Preferred: Experience selling SaaS identity security solutions.
  • Preferred: Relationships with local and national channel partners to drive new logo acquisition.
  • Preferred: Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.

  • Base salary range of $145,000 to $160,000, depending on credentials, relevant experience, and location.
