Description

  • Manage and expand relationships with current B2B customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Develop and execute a territory business plan to win new corporate and organizational business.
  • Research the market to identify trends in civic tech and corporate social responsibility.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and forecast deal values and timelines in HubSpot.
  • Lead consultative discovery calls with stakeholders to qualify needs and align solutions to business goals.
  • Represent Civitech at virtual and in-person industry events to grow the company’s network.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams on complex client requirements and solution support.
  • Work within the sales territory’s applicable hours and own an individual contributor sales book.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of consultative B2B sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Experience selling through cold outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and networking, with roughly 75% outbound and 25% inbound activity.
  • Ability to manage 45+ active opportunities at once while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with solution-selling or a similar consultative sales methodology.
  • Comfort delivering professional product demonstrations and presentations to executive-level stakeholders.
  • Experience navigating sale-by-committee deals with multiple decision-makers across functions such as HR, Legal, and Marketing.
  • Background in Corporate B2B SaaS.
  • Desired: Experience with HubSpot.
  • Desired: Strong relationship-building and oral/written communication skills.
  • Desired: Experience selling to CSR departments, ESG teams, or higher education institutions.

  • Base salary of $60,000-$70,000 with target earnings of $140,000.
