Description

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through contract negotiations.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality opportunities through marketing support and outbound territory development.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while managing multiple simultaneous sales cycles.
  • Position Drivetrain’s value proposition to targeted prospects and navigate complex business environments.
  • Work closely with product and marketing to refine messaging for prospects.
  • Report market insights to internal product and engineering teams as a customer and market messenger.
  • Develop the sales strategy and execution framework in collaboration with company leadership.
  • Conduct presentations for C-level executives and key decision-makers, especially in the Office of the CEO, CFO, and CRO.
  • Use value-based selling and Salesforce to manage sales processes and forecast accurately.
  • Identify account expansion opportunities through cross-selling and up-selling within major accounts.

Requirements

  • 4-12 years of successful selling to medium- to large-sized customers.
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions.
  • Experience selling to hyper-growth SaaS organizations with an enterprise and product-led growth approach.
  • Consultative selling skills.
  • Ability to understand and navigate complex business environments.
  • Bonus: Experience selling EPM, BI, or ERP software.
  • Bonus: Track record of exceeding quotas and opening new markets.
  • Bonus: Passion to thrive in a 0-1 startup environment.
  • Bonus: Success selling to CFOs and CROs.
