Description

  • Lead end-to-end commercial design for high-value CAPEX and OPEX transactions across Latin America.
  • Advise Sales leadership on pricing architectures and negotiation strategies for competitive deals.
  • Build business cases and TCO/ROI analyses to support customer proposals and internal decision-making.
  • Apply pricing frameworks and investment criteria to non-standard deals while managing revenue recognition and margin risk.
  • Analyze renewal and expansion patterns to create repeatable commercial playbooks that improve win rates across the Americas.
  • Turn pipeline trends and ROI data into actionable commercial insights using SFDC and Tableau.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product executives to accelerate deal execution and resolve contractual issues.
  • Unify cross-functional stakeholders to close complex agreements and balance customer needs with business health.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in structuring complex hardware (CAPEX) and subscription-based (OPEX) business models.
  • Strong understanding of revenue recognition and corporate pricing strategies.
  • Ability to translate complex financial analysis into compelling commercial narratives.
  • Advanced proficiency with SFDC, G-Sheets, and Tableau.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across Sales, Legal, and Finance to resolve complex contractual hurdles.
  • Experience working on high-stakes, non-standard commercial deals is preferred.
  • The role covers all of LATAM; ideal location is Sao Paulo, Brazil or Mexico City.
