Description

  • Serve as the lead point of contact on assigned client projects as directed by the Account Supervisor.
  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of individual client project assignments from implementation through completion.
  • Provide quality control for client deliverables and align creative brief details between the client and internal team.
  • Coordinate and participate in content planning meetings with key content experts and internal personnel.
  • Facilitate the medical-legal-regulatory review process for promotional materials and related documentation.
  • Work with the Project Management team to develop timelines, communicate milestones, and keep projects on schedule.
  • Track budgets, monitor direct and labor costs, and flag out-of-scope items or hours to the Account Supervisor.
  • Prepare client contact reports, detailed meeting notes, and next-step summaries after client interactions.
  • Ensure relevant project materials are distributed to participants for internal and external meetings.
  • Provide standard and customized status and financial reports to clients on a recurring basis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant Account Executive or Account Executive in advertising, marketing, communications, or a related industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Flexibility for possible travel up to 5%.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communication, or a related field preferred.
  • Medical communications or healthcare industry experience is a plus.
  • Experience writing SOWs and project briefs is preferred.
  • Ability to contribute to the development of strategic documents is preferred.
  • Strong initiative, planning and organization, interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
