Description

  • Identify and recruit South Korea–based businesses for research studies, advisory programs, and data initiatives.
  • Conduct outreach to founders, executives, and other decision-makers across startups, SMBs, and enterprise companies in South Korea.
  • Build and maintain relationships with participating companies throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Design and execute outreach campaigns using LinkedIn, founder communities, industry groups, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Manage follow-ups and nurture sequences to convert outreach into program participation.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to assess whether potential business participants are a fit for the program.
  • Onboard businesses by explaining requirements, timelines, expectations, and participation guidelines.
  • Track recruitment pipelines, outreach status, and onboarding progress in internal systems and CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with research and operations teams to align recruitment efforts with study requirements.
  • Monitor recruitment performance, identify workflow improvements, and refine outreach strategies and messaging.

Requirements

  • Native-level Korean fluency in both written and spoken communication is required.
  • Professional fluency in English is required for collaboration with global Pulse Labs teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, partnerships, growth, recruitment, or a related role.
  • Experience engaging with businesses, founders, executives, or other senior stakeholders.
  • Strong written communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage outreach pipelines, spreadsheets, and CRM tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfort communicating with Korean businesses and senior decision-makers.
  • Shift schedule availability is required.
