Description

  • Define product positioning, value propositions, messaging frameworks, and consumer narratives for Prenuvo’s product offerings.
  • Design, run, and analyze acquisition and activation experiments across landing pages, ad creative, pricing, discounts, and onboarding flows.
  • Translate clinical and technical benefits into consumer-facing content for web, email, ads, collateral, FAQs, and scripts.
  • Build customer insights programs using interviews, surveys, journey mapping, and cohort analysis to inform roadmap and messaging.
  • Own product awareness tracking and report results on a regular cadence.
  • Own the product marketing calendar and identify key marketing moments to support GTM activities and segmented offers.
  • Lead creative strategy and partner with agency and creative teams to develop concepts and oversee production.
  • Develop geo-specific GTM activities based on local market, audience, and country nuances to support clinic-level goals.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of product or consumer marketing experience with a strong growth and experimentation orientation.
  • 3–5+ years in a people management or leadership role.
  • Proven track record launching and scaling consumer products, ideally in consumer health, medtech, diagnostics, or adjacent DTC health categories.
  • Deep experience owning end-to-end GTM, including insights, positioning, creative strategy, channel activation, and measurement.
  • Strong strategic and operational leadership, with the ability to set direction and execute experiments and creative programs.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in experimentation design, A/B testing, cohort and LTV analysis, and tools such as GA4, Amplitude, Looker, and BigQuery or equivalents.
  • Exceptional storytelling ability to translate clinical or technical benefits into persuasive consumer messaging.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills across Product, Clinical, Creative, and Ops leaders.
  • Experience managing budgets and owning KPIs at a product or portfolio level.
  • BA/BS in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
