Description

  • Own and scale CRM strategy across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels for acquisition, onboarding, nurture, upsell, cross-sell, reactivation, and win-back.
  • Design segmentation, personalization, send cadence, and content frameworks based on user state and predicted value.
  • Develop referral, loyalty, and lead magnet programs and coordinate with paid media to retarget and suppress audiences efficiently.
  • Partner with eCommerce and Product teams to improve capture surfaces, product detail pages, landing pages, and checkout conversion.
  • Lead planning and buying for offline media channels including TV/CTV, OOH, print, audio/radio, and direct mail.
  • Build geo-first test plans and manage creative rotation, flighting, and rate negotiations for offline campaigns.
  • Oversee digital performance channels including Search, Social, Programmatic, Affiliates, and Marketplaces.
  • Shape measurement strategy across MMM, MTA, geo-experiments, lift studies, holdouts, incrementality testing, attribution, and forecasting.
  • Lead SEO strategy across technical, content, and authority initiatives to grow qualified traffic and conversion.
  • Build and manage a performance creative engine with rapid testing, modular assets, briefs, and channel-specific test matrices.
  • Hire, develop, and mentor channel owners, CRM managers, and analysts while running weekly performance reviews and roadmap prioritization.
  • Ensure marketing operations comply with privacy, consent, and deliverability standards.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in performance media and CRM/SEO with leadership across online and offline channels.
  • Proven ownership of LTV:CAC, payback, and incrementality at scale.
  • Deep experience planning and buying TV/CTV, OOH, and print, including geo-testing and lift analysis.
  • Lifecycle marketing expertise across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels with segmentation and personalization at scale.
  • Strong measurement background with MMM design and vendor management, MTA, geo-experiments, platform lift studies, holdouts, and causal inference basics.
  • Experience with GA4 or equivalent analytics tools, a CDP such as Segment or mParticle, attribution tools such as AppsFlyer or Adjust, BI tools such as Looker or Tableau, testing platforms, and CRM tools such as Braze, Iterable, or SFMC.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills; SQL familiarity preferred.
  • Clear communication skills with executive-ready narratives and concise recommendations.
  • Excellent project management and prioritization skills.
  • BA required; MBA preferred.
