Description

  • Create and manage user acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, X, Snapchat, and other paid social platforms for web and app.
  • Own end-to-end campaign operations, including setup, budgeting, optimization, and performance management against CPA, ROAS, and LTV goals.
  • Brief and coordinate creative production, especially UGC, with internal and external teams.
  • Support the social media team with boosted posts.
  • Continuously test and refine creatives, messaging, and audience strategies to improve campaign impact.
  • Collaborate with creative, analytics, BI, and product teams to launch and scale campaigns across international markets.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, and internal dashboards to identify insights and growth opportunities.
  • Run structured A/B tests to validate hypotheses and improve funnel conversion at each stage.
  • Stay current on paid social trends, platform updates, and emerging opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with platform representatives to access betas, insights, and strategic support.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition, with a strong focus on paid social channels such as Meta, TikTok, and Twitter.
  • Proven experience managing campaigns across both web and app with measurable impact on CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and social performance tools.
  • Familiarity with AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting data, building experiments, and scaling successful campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, including creative strategy, funnel optimization, and cross-channel collaboration.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with close collaboration across creative, analytics, BI, and product teams.
  • Experience in online betting, iGaming, or other highly regulated digital industries is a plus.
  • Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Perplexity to speed up creative briefing, performance analysis, copy drafting, and campaign ideation.
