Description

  • Browse daily project platforms to identify relevant business opportunities.
  • Review client requirements and develop proposals tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Write, review, and refine proposal drafts to ensure they are clear, compelling, and on-brand.
  • Maintain consistent communication with potential clients and accurately present the company’s offer.
  • Track daily proposal output against company goals and targets.
  • Share regular updates and reports with management on proposal activity and outcomes.
  • Analyze proposal performance data to identify patterns and recommend process improvements.
  • Work with a data-driven approach to improve client acquisition efforts.

Requirements

  • Background in proposal writing, sales, or marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a closely related field.
  • Strong English writing skills at B2 to C1 level or higher.
  • A genuine sales mindset and the ability to write with client needs in mind.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Comfort working with a diverse, cross-cultural team across different time zones.
  • Experience using LinkedIn, Upwork, and similar client/project sourcing platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and self-editing ability.
  • Interest in technology as a field, not just as a tool.
  • Technical writing experience or ability to explain complex technical concepts in plain language (preferred).
  • Ability to identify process improvements and suggest smarter, faster ways of working (preferred).
