Description

Handle inbound and outbound member calls to assist with the enrollment process.
Provide clear, accurate, and up-to-date information on program eligibility, requirements, and enrollment needs.
Offer tactful, compassionate, and professional support throughout the enrollment process.
Escalate unresolved cases and pending member grievances as needed.
Use Salesforce CRM to verify member data and complete enrollments.
Document inquiries, comments, and interactions with detailed notes in the CRM.
Work assigned queues and cases as directed by call center leadership.
Complete ongoing learning and training requirements assigned by the department or company.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
1 to 2 years of recent call center experience in a fast-paced environment.
Professional, clear, and compassionate phone demeanor at all times.
Ability to navigate computers with multiple screens, simultaneous systems, phone systems, and CRM systems.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for call handling and note-taking.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and remain HIPAA compliant.
Preferred experience with Salesforce or other CRM software.
Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or healthcare customer service experience is a plus.
Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Must have a home internet connection of 200/200 Mbps and a private workspace with a desk and chair.
