Description

  • Plan and execute end-to-end marketing initiatives, including email, social media, events, webinars, and campaigns.
  • Partner with Sales and Training teams to align marketing activities with business goals, revenue targets, and pipeline contribution.
  • Support demand generation for enterprise offerings and non-training revenue streams such as advisory and licensing programs.
  • Assist with account-based marketing campaigns for key enterprise accounts using custom content and multi-touch engagement.
  • Execute regional vertical marketing initiatives through partnerships, industry events, and webinars.
  • Source and develop case studies, testimonials, and references for verticals and key market segments.
  • Support digital marketing execution across SEO, search engine advertising, content syndication, and LinkedIn ads.
  • Help manage the region’s social media presence by creating thought leadership content and campaign support.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze regional results, and provide recommendations for future planning and budget allocation.
  • Gather market, customer, and competitor insights and share them with Sales and Marketing stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2+ years of professional services marketing experience in a B2B setting.
  • Proven experience executing multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns from concept through execution and reporting.
  • Experience supporting sales teams with lead generation, nurture programs, and pipeline contribution.
  • Must have experience using HubSpot or a similar marketing platform.
  • Proficiency with Office 365, Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Advertising, and LinkedIn Navigator.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Asana or similar platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting abilities for multiple marketing channels.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret ROI and marketing KPIs.
  • French-speaking proficiency is an asset.

Benefits

  • Remote role open to candidates in the US or Canada.
  • Projected annual base salary of CAD $63,000 to $77,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
  • Eligibility for the company bonus program.
  • Travel up to 4 times per year for internal meetings and industry events.
