Description

  • Manage TikTok Seller Center operations across listings, catalog, vouchers, promotions, and account health.
  • Set up and optimize new follower vouchers, brand coupons, minimum-spend promotions, and storefront navigation.
  • Plan and execute Fulfilled by TikTok inbound shipments, including shipping plans, carton dimensions, labels, delivery appointments, and tracking IDs.
  • Run the affiliate program from creator sourcing and eligibility screening through activation, outreach, commission negotiation, and product seeding.
  • Build and manage GMV Max campaigns by uploading approved, affiliate, and newly created videos.
  • Monitor TikTok ad spend against ROAS targets and scale campaigns selectively based on performance.
  • Complete seller probation requirements and operational setup for US TikTok Shop accounts when needed.
  • Build weekly scorecards and deliver client reports covering GMV, followers, voucher uptake, affiliate performance, ad spend, and ROAS.
  • Attend client debriefs and contribute headline findings, next steps, and cross-channel reporting as Amazon training begins.
  • Shadow senior Amazon specialists on Seller Central and Vendor Central work and gradually take on Amazon promotional planning and forecasting.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop in Seller Center, including listings, affiliate programs, FBT inbound, GMV Max, and vouchers.
  • Strong forecasting, budgeting, and reporting skills in Google Sheets or Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance metrics into actions.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to document processes and improve workflows.
  • Willingness to train into Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central as a second channel.
  • Experience building and managing creator or affiliate outreach at scale, including eligibility screening and commission negotiation.
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills such as dashboards, VLOOKUP/INDEX MATCH, SUMIFS, FILTER, and pivot tables.
  • Prior Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central exposure is a plus.
  • Interest in learning Amazon performance metrics, promotional calendars, and forecasting is preferred.
