Description

  • Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through inbound leads, event follow-up, targeted outreach campaigns, and outbound prospecting.
  • Research prospective organizations to understand strategic priorities, transformation initiatives, and alignment to Prosci solutions.
  • Engage senior stakeholders through insight-led outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and targeted campaigns.
  • Manage inbound programme enquiries through to confirmed booking and support prospective participants through online registration.
  • Partner with the Sales team and sales leadership to align territory strategy and maintain healthy pipeline coverage.
  • Support customer onboarding and internal sales processes as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of prospecting and qualification activity in CRM and related systems.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to support lead-generation campaigns and ensure messaging consistency.
  • Work with Finance, Delivery, and Logistics teams as needed to support the sales process.
  • Meet and exceed activity, pipeline, and opportunity-creation targets while representing Prosci professionally and with a client-first mindset.

Requirements

  • Native German speaker with excellent business-level English; Dutch or Danish is an advantage.
  • At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a client-facing role.
  • Experience in B2B business development, inside sales, or a client-facing role, preferably in professional services, training, or consulting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and engage prospects in meaningful conversations.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM tools is preferred.
  • Knowledge of or exposure to MEDDPICC sales methodology is a strong plus.
  • A growth mindset, resilience, and eagerness to learn.
  • Travel ability for approximately 5% of the time.
