Description

  • Build and manage high-value broker relationships across global markets.
  • Identify, reach out to, and onboard relevant broker partners.
  • Maintain ongoing communication and serve as the main point of contact for broker partners.
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to increase commission-based revenue from IB partnerships.
  • Analyze existing partnerships to identify revenue gaps and opportunities for growth.
  • Optimize partnership structures and commission models to maximize deal value.
  • Position Prop Firm Match strategically within the broker ecosystem through clear value messaging.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership efforts with broader business objectives.
  • Monitor broker trends, competitors, and market dynamics to inform partnership strategy.
  • Recommend improvements that strengthen market positioning and long-term partnership value.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in a relevant role within the broker or trading ecosystem.
  • Experience as an Introducing Broker (IB) or at a brokerage firm.
  • Strong understanding of prop trading, brokerage partnerships, commissions, and IB models.
  • Proven ability to build and manage business relationships with a commercial, revenue-focused mindset.
  • Experience negotiating partnerships, structuring deals, or contributing to revenue growth initiatives is a strong plus.
  • Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and execute independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Ability to represent the company professionally in external conversations.
  • Self-driven, ownership-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote, asynchronous team environment.
  • Familiarity with the prop trading industry and the company’s mission is valued, even if not formally required.
