Description

  • Share your perspective and experience to inform the firm's research on employer decision-making for employee wellbeing benefit vendors.
  • Discuss how different employer archetypes approach vendor selection, administration, strategy, navigation, and communication.
  • Provide insights based on advising employers on wellbeing benefits, especially for caregivers of dependents with special needs.
  • Participate in an initial hour-long conversation as part of the engagement.
  • Offer feedback on how employers assess vendor solutions across industry, company size, workforce homogeneity, and investment level in wellbeing benefits.

Requirements

  • Experience advising or supporting employers on wellbeing benefits vendor selection, administration, strategy, navigation, or communication.
  • Experience with large employers (5,000+ employees) or mid-sized employers (1,000 to 5,000 employees).
  • Preferred background as a benefits consultant, advisor, or broker.
  • Recent experience is preferred with firms such as Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, or Aon.
  • Ability to provide informed perspective on employer approaches to wellbeing benefits vendor decisions.
  • Willingness to participate in a short-term advisory engagement.
  • Availability for a flexible, hour-long initial conversation.
