Description

Lead the technical direction of projects across the Enterprise Experience team.
Oversee the design and implementation of key product initiatives.
Ensure delivery of scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions.
Collaborate with Product Managers and other stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and resources.
Provide technical guidance and support to engineers on the team.
Write high-quality code and uphold coding standards through code reviews.
Contribute to strategic initiatives and technical standards through the Technical Authority Group.
Mentor and develop team members, including supporting hiring and onboarding.
Influence technical decisions and encourage adoption of new technologies and processes.
Own team-delivered products and features through deployment and ongoing support.

Requirements

Proven experience in technical leadership or senior software development roles.
Strong experience designing and delivering authentication and authorization systems.
Experience with organization and permission management in multi-tenant and multi-user architectures.
Hands-on experience with identity and access management platforms such as Auth0 and Okta is highly desirable.
Extensive experience with Python and cloud-based environments.
Product engineering mindset with an understanding of business impact.
Excellent communication skills for working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Familiarity with agile practices and project management techniques.
Experience with AWS and GCP.
Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Vue.js, Django Rest Framework, container-based and serverless architectures, MongoDB, DynamoDB, CircleCI, GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, Celery, EventBridge, and DataDog.
