Description

  • Supervise and coordinate daily classification and labeling activities for team members.
  • Keep team members up to date on training and policy updates.
  • Provide guidance, support, and feedback to promote a collaborative and productive environment.
  • Monitor employee performance and implement improvement plans when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, company policies, and the EOR handbook.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate support with HQ teams.
  • Run daily standups, calibration sessions, and feedback conversations to support continuous improvement.
  • Address and resolve team conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Track and report key performance indicators to upper management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience supporting training, coaching, or performance improvement processes is preferred.
  • Experience working with KPIs or operational reporting is preferred.
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional and HQ teams is preferred.
